Oakfields Ag was founded by Mark Brock who has a long history of experience in agriculture with personal involvement in used farm machinery dating back over 50 years. The family were originally arable farmers, farming 300 acres at Woodhams Farm near Thaxted, Essex, which is where we are still based today. There was always some machinery trading throughout the farming years, and this naturally grew as more family joined the business.
As the J Brock & Sons business began to diversify into different areas of the market, Mark started trading under the new name of Oakfields which focused on classic and vintage tractors, and this has developed into the business you now see trading in a wide range of tractors and used farm machinery.
The dedication of our enthusiastic team has resulted in Oakfields gaining a strong reputation for outstanding customer service – you can trust us to describe machines fairly and honestly and to give you all the advice you need to make the right decision.
